JBC Ventures LLC, operating as SkyBall™ ("SkyBall," "we," "our," or "us"), operates the website skyball.us and the SkyBall mobile application (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use our Services. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

• Service providers: we share information with trusted vendors who help us operate the Services, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and shipping carriers. These parties are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymized usage data. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Growth and sport development partners: we may share your name, email address, and other information you voluntarily provide with select partners working to grow the sport of SkyBall — such as the United States Tennis Association (USTA), tennis clubs, recreational sports organizations, and similar entities. We will only share your information with partners whose purposes are aligned with the SkyBall community. You may opt out of this sharing at any time by emailing info@skyball.us.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• Business transfers: if JBC Ventures LLC is acquired by or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, fulfill transactions, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Order records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for tax and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see Section 7).

Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant.
